You must download the "Min Laege" app on your mobile phone. Do not use headphones.

To use video consultation on behalf of your child, you must switch profiles via the small person icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

You must select "speciallaege" by swiping the doctor heading to the left.

You must click on "start" to enter the virtual waiting room. Before that, the doctor or nurse cannot make the video call. Follow the app's instructions.

When the doctor or nurse is ready, the video call starts automatically.
