1. Consultation
At your first consultation we spend a good amount of time, usually 45 minutes.
We take a thorough medical history - which investigations has previously been done and which are needed. A physical examination of the child is always carried out.
Please bring an overview of every medication including creams that the child gets.
Please bring all the data you have regarding the child's growth (height, weight and main scope) eg the Child's Book and the school health nurse records. See below what to bring each time.
Your preparation
It is important that you prepare well for the consultations so that you get the most out of the time we spend together.

By preparation, we refer to you bringing along the following documents at the consultation, if possible:

The patient's medical card (if you are referred by your own general practitioner/family doctor)

Alle measurements regarding height and weight and headcirkumference.

It is important that you read the clinics privacy policy before coming to the first consultation (GDPR adolescents (>15years), GDPR parents).

Nb. children below 18teen years of age should all ways be followed by the parent/person who has custody. If this is not possible - the child and person accompanying the child should always bring af signed authority from the parent/person who has custody. This is a legal requirement.
